Absolutely beautiful. The flowers are stunning, so delicate and detailed. The roses have diamant?????s in the middle which makes the bouquet even more stunning (I ordered the Mother???s Day Wishes bouquet). Delivery was prompt and safe, and the florist hand delivered them and walked them up a very large hill. Highly recommend!

Fast efficient delivery

The DAD shaped wreath we arranged must have been beautiful. We didn't see it as we couldn't leave Australia during Covid to attend Dads funeral, but many family members all commented on how beautiful the flowers were. The Florist had listened to everything Id requested and followed our wishes to the letter. Id also messed by giving them the wrong Crematorium delivery details when I ordered them online, but this was sorted with no drama and the flowers were where they needed to be with no fuss. Just the kind of 5 star service you need at this time when you're the other side of the world and powerless to do much yourself. Can't speak highly enough of their service and professionalism, top notch. Would wholeheartedly recommend Dalton Square Florists.

Excellent service! I've never sent flowers to anyone before, but my daughter is far, far away, at university, and is struggling with exams - so I wanted to send her the equivalent of a hug. I ordered the flowers at about midday, and within a couple of hours they had arrived at her digs! Just to make it even more perfect, the florist had added a couple of little ladybirds. You can have had no idea, but my daughter is actually specialising in entomology - so this was the absolutely PERFECT touch!

I have used Dalton Square florist in Lancaster via direct2florist online several times now to order flowers for my Mum. Paid ??45 plus ??5 charge for the medium size bouquet and was disappointed with the number of flowers provided. The recipient was very happy with the flowers and the arrangement was nicely done but did not feel value for money.

The first time I ordered, I was very pleased, delivery was on time, timely email notifications on order status etc, but the second time I was very disappointed so by the florist ( same as the first time), who failed to deliver on time, as well as the response from their support, which just copied my email to what seemed to be the florist's email, without pushing for a solution or helping much.
